About Nexora

Nexora is a digital hiring platform designed to make finding, evaluating and onboarding talent easier.

For this project, I focused on creating a clear and intuitive user experience across the platform. I restructured the information architecture, mapped out the main user flows and translated these insights into wireframes and a scalable interface.

The visual design was built around a flexible design system with reusable components, clear hierarchy and consistent interaction patterns. The goal was to reduce complexity and guide users naturally through each step of the hiring process.

My role

UX Research ¡ User Flows ¡ Information Architecture ¡ Wireframing ¡ UI Design ¡ Prototyping ¡ Design System

UX Process

I started by analysing the needs of both companies and candidates and identifying the most important actions within the platform. From there, I created the sitemap and user flows to simplify navigation and reduce unnecessary steps.

From UX to UI

The final interface combines clear content hierarchy, accessible components and strong visual cues. Key actions are easy to find, while complex information is broken down into smaller, scannable sections.

Design System

A modular design system was created to keep the experience consistent across desktop and mobile. Components, typography, colours, buttons and interaction states were designed to be reusable and scalable.

Result

The result is a more structured and user-friendly platform that helps users move from discovery to hiring with less friction and more confidence.
